This 60' X 30', 92 lb. American Flag
was unfurled on a building overlooking the World Trade Center site by a group of Ground Zero volunteers from New York City
during the rescue and recovery operations after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.

"And our flag...we caught our breath, and uncovered our heads, and couldn't
speak, for a moment, for the thought of what it was to us and the great ideals it stood for." - Mark Twain
